About Digsville
Dig /dɪg/ – verb:
Slang
a. To understand fully: “Do you dig what I mean?”
b. To like, enjoy, or appreciate: “They really dig our music and, daddy, I dig swinging for them” (Louis Armstrong).
c. To take notice of: “Dig that wild outfit.”
We, the people at Digsville, have made it our mission to dig through layers and layers of rubble and stone to find that single piece of gold waiting to be unearthed. And we want to make sure that whatever gem we discover, gets the appreciation it deserves by giving it a spot and a time to shine.
Why this painstaking process? Because everything of value takes a certain amount of time to come into existence and a certain effort to be fully appreciated by its beholder. Digsville is the place where we collect all the raw diamonds that we dig up out of the dirt and put them on display for the people to see.
The way we see it is this: gems come in many forms and colours, and we value them all equally. The people of Digsville aren’t divided by genres or bound to any formulas; instead they are united in their taste for all things innovative and inspiring. And anybody who can bring something of value to our town is welcome to drop by anytime and stay for as long as they like.
Thank you for visiting and enjoy your stay.
